At UniMed Transcription our customers are billed on an hourly rate or part thereof. The cost to each customer will depend on the level of service chosen.

We use the latest software available to accurately measure each job undertaken

A comprehensive monthly report is supplied to our customers along with their invoice which details the services used and the time associated.

Our Print and Post Service is charged by the hour or part thereof with the addition of postage cost.

We invoice monthly with payment terms of 30 days.  We accept Cheques and Direct Bank Deposits.

Discounts are available for customers with high volumes of work and students
